Easy Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 (1/4 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cups flour

Filling:

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2½ tablespoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • ⅓ cup butter, softened

Icing:

  • ½ cup butter
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

  5. Can I make the cinnamon rolls in the afternoon/evening and refrigerate them overnight so all I have to do is put them in the oven to bake once I get up the next morning??

  8. Disappointed ☹️This recipe is the copycat recipe for Cinnabon’s cinnamon rolls. The frosting recipe is a “no - go”. Necessary to have more cream cheese than butter.
