Easy Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients- 1 (1/4 ounce) package active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups flour
Filling:
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2½ tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons flour
- ⅓ cup butter, softened
Icing:
- ½ cup butter
- 1½ cups powdered sugar
- ¼ cup cream cheese
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ⅛ teaspoon salt

ReplyDeleteOMG BEST CINNAMON ROLLS EVER!!!! Made these this morning with my daughter. Taste like they are bakery made. Delicious!

ReplyDeleteCan I make the cinnamon rolls in the afternoon/evening and refrigerate them overnight so all I have to do is put them in the oven to bake once I get up the next morning??

ReplyDeleteDisappointed ☹️This recipe is the copycat recipe for Cinnabon’s cinnamon rolls. The frosting recipe is a “no - go”. Necessary to have more cream cheese than butter.
